Warranty

We warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal personal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original receipt/invoice date.

Please take a photo of your original receipt and keep it filed safely just in case you need to make a warranty claim.

We agree to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the original dated sales receipt.

Our leather Products are investment pieces designed and crafted for longevity, and so repair is always our preferred course. If your leather product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same item. If the same item is not available for replacement, we will replace it with your choice of a comparable product of equal price. Our warranty is void if the leather Product is damaged due to excessive wear-and-tear, abuse, or misuse. It is also void if the product has undergone repair or alteration by a third party.

FABRIC AND LEATHER

Fabric – The manufacturer warrants the fabric used on your Product against; seam failure and fabric separation for one year.

The manufacturer cannot cover pilling, which is a result of normal wear, nor fading, which can be caused by overexposure to sunlight.

Leather – The manufacturer warrants the leather product against seam failure and material defects for one year.

Leather is a natural, durable, and flexible material. Each hide is unique with individual characteristics that may be visible on products. These features may include small leather scars, creases, or variations in colour, which are not defects and are not covered under the terms of this warranty.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Each leather is unique in its own specific colouring, markings, and striations, and all leather is susceptible to patina, discolouration and scratching. Variations in surface and scratching are not viewed as defects.

This warranty does not include:

  • Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage
  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damages incurred during transportation
  • Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
  • Natural ageing process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches and burnishing

How does the warranty work?

If anything goes wrong, please call us to get instructions for shipping the faulty item back to us. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will fix it and get it back to you ASAP! If something isn't covered under warranty, we will call you to discuss any costs and make a suitable arrangement for you.

  • Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from the customer's sales receipt date.
  • We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field
  • Pictures are required to claim defective Products, along with a copy of the original sales receipt
  • If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit will be issued.
  • It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible
